We turned our keys in today and we were helped by a nice gentleman Jocksville. He was very helpful and as we were cleaning out our appt we noticed him driving around in a golf cart throwing away a bumper. Seems like he is making the environment better. It’s the little things that make count. 10/10

The maintenance team for Avion is amazing. One night I came home from grocery shopping with my 5-month-old to find that the lower knob of my door did not work. I could unlock the door but not open it. I called Mr. Marin for help and he immediately sent over Jesus for assistance. Jesus was able to get the door open and replace the knob as well. I'm very thankful for the quick service!

Here at Avion who are hidden treasures of Avion apartments who make our daily living much easier for us from little things to Big things. I watched and know I cannot do things like this daily and it takes humble, strong minded and hard working men and women to do maintenance work not just one apartment or 2 but many. These are the foundation of our daily living which I call our hidden treasures of Avion. This place is just awesome even with misunderstanding of my lease my office manager helped me out. I have lived in this complex for four years. I was here when it was Desert Gardens and it has changed names and management several times. We have gone through some pretty terrible apartment managers in the last few years up until AMC Management took over. I have seen this place literally empty over the last few years. I have noticed some vast improvements from this management company. Ira and Ana are seriously awesome. They have changed my outlook on this place. I was ready to move out because of past apartment mangers, dirty common areas, maintenance issues, rent portal problems, etc. I feel like AMC really has listened to their tenants. I see Ira, who is the apartment manager walking around inspecting the complex and just being involved, Ana, (the asst. manager) and Ira both are amazing at communication. My emails aren’t ignored as in previous years, I get timely responses on issues within the same day. They are awesome people! Maintenance. Let me tell you. We had a great maintenance guy for a long time, but I think he retired. Our new maintenance guy Marin is awesome! I had an issue with my air conditioner, for the last year where it would freeze over. I have had to defrost it multiple times and finally I got fed up and called maintenance. I was expecting a 3 week turn around time (something I was used to prior to AMC) but literally submitted a maintenance request on Wednesday, Marin was here Thursday when I got home from work. He not only came in and checked my AC but replaced it with a whole new unit. To me this is amazing work and customer service. I had met Marin on the first day that AMC took over and he is just the nicest guy. I hope this excellent service, maintenance, and management stays because I am incredibly impressed. AMC took this place and has made it a better community, kept the place looking nice, and now I am always met with a smile anytime I need to go into the office, which wasn’t the case with previous managers. I hated going into the office prior because i never knew what mood, Jessica (the previous apartment manager) was going to be in. It was just a negative experience all together. I no longer feel that way with Ana, Ira, and Marin! I look forward to living here until I buy my house next year. I appreciate AMC for making this place better. Great Job guys!

I've lived here for about two years and haven't had any issues. Recently I came into some difficult financial times and when I wasn't able to pay my bill on time. they were so kind to work with me until I was able to pay it off even though they didn't have too.

A very peaceful, quiet community from management Marin. Leasing agent, Ana, Joksbel Maria their customer service is absolutely phenomenal, maintenance people, angel, Ira and I know I’m probably missing a few but very demure very professional. I go in with a problem. It is fixed within the next 24 hours. They’ve made so many good changes to the apartment complex. It is beautiful residence and tenant are treated like family and not just a number , pay a bill they made so many great changes and the neighbors and just amazing. I can’t address how clean and peaceful they have turned this place around if I can give it 10 stars I would haven’t seen one roach in my apartment complex not one rat no rodents lawn is always well kept!! looking for a new home come and check this place out. You will not be disappointed.

Have lived here for a year and I can honestly say this apartment complex has changed for the better. The new management has been taking great care of the place from enforcing rules, to contests and pest control check ups. Office is always helpful too. Never had anything break until today and Martin came earlier than the appointment time and fixed it within minutes!

I was having issues with my AC units in my living room and bedroom and Mr. Marin took care of it in a timely manner. I was very happy with the service especially right now that it’s getting hot! Being pregnant in this weather sucks, I’m very thankful Mr. Marin was able to fix the AC quickly.

I would like to thank Head of Maintenance Mr Martin, and his crew, for going above and beyond this Thanksgiving weekend. They came and took care of my dishwasher issue and went out of their way to do so. I am thoroughly grateful for their dedication and work ethic. Avion management has also gone above and beyond with their investment in our families. Many of us have kiddos and it is great to see Avion going in the right direction. (Maybe soon we could get a playground for our littles:), hint, hint, nudge, nudge). Either way great steps Avion and keep it up.
