OMG, the staff here (office & maintenance) are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! They go above and beyond to assist the residents. They are truly like an extended family. I so appreciate being apart of this community 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾

Management
We turned our keys in today and we were helped by a nice gentleman Jocksville. He was very helpful and as we were cleaning out our appt we noticed him driving around in a golf cart throwing away a bumper. Seems like he is making the environment better. It’s the little things that make count. 10/10

Water heater
I was having issues with the water heater so I submitted a work order that night. Mr. Marin was able to switch it out the very next day! Very thankful for the maintenance team here at Avion.
